ESKRY BEATS STORE

How does it work?

Welcome to ESKRY Beats. Now purchasing the beats from the store is very simple and hassle-free. Simply choose the beats from the store section. Add the preferred license type to the cart.

Now you will need to have an ESKRY Beats account using My Account page or you can easily create an account in checkout page by filling all the details.

Remember choosing the strong password for your account. You can download the beats from your account later. After checkout and payment, you will receive the download link.

You will receive an email containing order details and invoice. You can download the files later from your account section.

Please download WinRAR (for PC users) or WinZip (for Mac users) to open the .rar file. And don’t worry, .rar format is one of the most used file formats. Feel free to scan the file for viruses.

I downloaded the file but it's in .rar format. How do I open it?

We provide downloads in compressed format (.RAR). It contains both beat and corresponding contract files. In order to get the beat file, you need to extract the archive file you downloaded. You can use any compress/extract utility, software or app. Here we have curated the list of popular and free to use utilities for each platform.

What happens If somebody else purchases exclusive rights?

Don’t worry, your license is still active! You just won’t be able to upgrade your license.

Do you make custom beats?

Sure I do. A custom beat from me starts from 1000$ with a 50% deposit before I start working on it. When started, until I make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the beat, I will change/add anything you want. It will be just like how you want it, and you will own the beat (exclusive rights)

What are the advantages of exclusive rights?

The beat can no longer be licensed out to others. You have the full right to license your song out to 3rd party publishing companies for TV/Film, etc. The contract lasts forever, so you don’t have to worry about your contract expiring. You own the masters to the song.

How can I upgrade the license?

Fill the contact form to upgrade the license.

Do you do package deals?

Yes! Here are the bulk prices for all licenses:

  • BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. Select 3 beats for the price of 2
  • BUY 3 GET 2FREE. Select 5 beats for the price of 3

Make sure you select the same licenses for all beats, otherwise It won’t work.

All of the beats you selected will give you the same license (including the free ones)

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds will be given once the payment has been processed. So make sure everything is correct on your end. However, If there’s a problem on our end and you run into issues, make sure to contact us.

USAGE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Usage Rights

Any use of my beats — including free and leased versions — REQUIRES CREDIT in the title or description. The following credit must be included exactly:

You must also tag me on social platforms as:
@eskryy on Instagram
@eskryyyyy on X.

There are no exceptions. This applies to social media, YouTube, SoundCloud, or any other platform.

2. Free Beats Policy

Free beats are offered strictly for non-profit, evaluation, or personal use.
You may NOT use the free version of any beat on:

  • Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming services

  • Commercial or monetized YouTube/SoundCloud uploads

  • Radio or paid advertisements

  • Film, TV, or game placements

To use a beat commercially, you must purchase the appropriate license.

3. Licensing & Ownership

When purchasing a beat, you are not buying the ownership of the beat, but a license to use it under specific terms.
All copyrights remain the property of ESKRY.

Each license type (e.g., MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Unlimited, Exclusive) has different terms. Be sure to read the license information before purchasing.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You were charged twice for the same beat

  • There was a technical issue and you never received your files

If you experience a problem, contact eskry.business@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

 

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the beat without permission

  • Claim the beat as your own production

  • Use the beat in hateful, racist, illegal, or politically manipulative content

6. Delivery & Payment

Beats are delivered automatically via email after payment is processed.
Payments are handled securely via Paddle, an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Depending on your location, local tax (e.g., VAT) may be applied during checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • Platform takedowns, copyright strikes, or monetization issues caused by misuse or licensing violations

  • Any damages or legal claims resulting from how you use the beat

Use of my beats is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
Any disputes or claims arising from the use or purchase of my beats will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
